France Rivet is a fully bilingual and highly qualified management, business optimisation and procurement consultant with over thirty years of successful operational experience in various senior management roles. This expertise enables her to provide in-depth operational and strategic support to her clients.

In addition to her roles of providing numerous national and international organisations with consulting services, Ms. Rivet played a pivotal role in the IPO of one of Canada’s largest healthcare companies. In the fourteen years that Ms. Rivet was with the Company, it experienced phenomenal growth and had positioned itself as a leader in the Canadian healthcare industry. During her illustrious career with the Company, her roles included Vice-President, Project Management & Quality Assurance, Vice-President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer.

Ms. Rivet has led and successfully managed day-to-day operations, IT, sales & marketing, administration, finance and human resources teams on a national basis. In close cooperation with her clients, she has also drafted & negotiated contracts and successfully implemented complex business processes for some of Canada’s largest corporations in a variety of fields including banking, construction, insurance and government services, as well as the military, transportation, IT, healthcare, retail/distribution and the services sector.

A graduate of McMaster University with a Combined Honours Degree, Ms. Rivet has also studied management and finance at the McGill Executive Institute. She currently sits or has sat on various boards of directors and has actively volunteered throughout her career. In 2003, Ms. Rivet was named Quebec Businesswoman of the Year (Senior Executive, private sector category) and in 2010 was named Business Woman of the Year (Greater Montreal Area).
